What is a mail club?

A mail club is a monthly subscription service that delivers a letter to straight to your mailbox each month. The Couples Post delivers a monthly letter that includes thoughtfully designed activity cards that help couples connect, communicate, and create meaningful memories together.

Our mission is simple: to help couples strengthen their relationship through shared experiences, deeper conversations, and intentional time together. Join other committed couples who are investing in a stronger, more connected future—one mailbox delivery at a time.

When will I recieve my letter?

We send out The Couples Post on the 1st of every month. US members should receive it within 5-8 days of sending. The magic of mail comes from the waiting, enjoy the anticipation of receiving your next "date night in a letter". But if your envelope seems lost along the way, feel free to reach out.

What if I need to cancel or change my address?

Just email us at thecouplespostshop@gmail.com and we will end your subscription or change your address.

Make sure to email us before the 1st of the month so we can adjust your address or subscription before we send out the letters.

Question 4

What if I didn't get my letter?

Accepted Answer

If you don't receive your letter, email us at thecouplespostshop@gmail.com and we will resend your letter.

Sometimes mail takes the scenic route. If a letter is returned to us, we will wait until the end of the month to allow time for any other returns, then resend them to you. We’re also happy to contact USPS, if your envelope seems to have disappeared along the way.

Please review your receipt to ensure your address is correct :)

Sign up before the 1st of the month and you’ll receive that month’s letter. Orders placed after the 1st will be sent with next month’s mailing.
